This is the most common question we get asked…There are so many variables to the equation and the most difficult to accurately answer. Without a lot, floor plan or selections no builder could give you an accurate answer. Many factors affect your cost per square foot, such as the cost associated with the selections you choose, the amount of covered porch area, the community requirements, the topography of your lot, utilities needed, the distance of your home from the street, etc… the list goes on and on. Omega Custom Homes will use historical data to provide you with an initial price range for you build with the information provided.
