Joe Maxwell
Joe’s passion, trustworthiness, and authentic approach to serving his clients makes him standout as one of the best in the business to partner with for your Real Estate needs. In 2007, Joe founded Omega Custom homes with the “you design, we build” approach. Omega Custom Homes was the 2012 and 2013 Master Builders Association of Pierce County Custom Home Builder of the Year. Joe’s team at Omega Custom Homes has help 100’s of clients build their dream homes. In addition to his extensive experience Joe is an avid member of the community serving on boards for Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors, is a Life Time member of the Master Builders Association Of Tacoma/Pierce County volunteered for years for Communities in Schools of Tacoma and Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Graham, Fredrickson and Eatonville.. When Joe isn’t assisting his clients, you can find him spending time with family, watching Basketball or at the Golf Course.
Ian Thomas
Ian started with Omega Custom Homes as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2016. Ian started in real estate in 2003 working new construction as a site agent. He was hooked right away. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, he works with our clients to make their ‘forever’ home become a reality. We work with our clients to educate them on the process and the steps involved to make the dream come true. Ian had the opportunity to create his forever home. It has helped him understand the industry and details necessary to be successful. Outside of work and working on my home, he plays competitive soccer, which he have been involved in since the age of 8.
